Enroll in University Travel Journey
This series of online courses is located on LearningHub for main campus employees and Cornerstone for UHealth employees.
Note: UHealth employees must log into Cornerstone before enrolling through the training site.

Complete Travel at the U Training
Once enrolled in the University Travel Journey, complete the Travel at the U course.

Submit a New Ticket for Concur Travel
Submit a New Ticket including the employee’s UNID, default activity, and any required delegate access. For setups involving 5 or more employees, use Concur User Setup for 5+ Travelers instead.
This may take up to 24 hours to process

Complete Remaining Travel Training
After receiving access, complete the remaining courses in the University Travel Journey.
